Compatibility View - IE 64 Bit
Hello,
We are new to Paperless PTO, and I am trying to add some new Items for Sale. I am able to create the items, however, I am not able to save the “Narrative” text (when I go back in to edit an item that I created, the original narrative text is no longer there). When creating a new item (or editing an existing item), is there anything special I need to do to keep/store the Narrative verbiage?

Hi Scott,
Are you using Internet Explorer version 8 or greater? If so, you may need to make a quick adjustment to the compatibility settings off the browser. There is a link on the website builder page that gives you this tip. Click on that or try this:
1. in the browser click on TOOLS and then COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS.
2. add keritech.net to the list compatibility view list of sites.
This has worked for many other folks.
It is a Microsoft issue and this is how they make it work.
