Change Order

Hi Mike,I'm not sure how to fix this. For order 18475, there are some weeks for session 2 where Mom ordered a combo sub and other weeks where she ordered bagel/cream cheese; however, he wants a bagel cream cheese each week. How do I edit the order? Thanks.

: It's all set, Terry.

I placed a $7.50 credit in her cart, then ordered bagels for the 6 days for a total of $7.50. The order total was then $0, so I simply used to the SCAN CHECKS feature to mark the order complete. Afterwards, I put another $15 credit in her cart which will be applied to her next order.

Hi Mike,

Just following up on this one in case I have to do something before the
23rd. For this order (18475: student John Scarano), the Mondays/pizza part
is correct, but the Fridays part needs a change. She alternated sandwiches
and bagels, but now her son wants only bagel/cream cheese each Friday. Do I
have to delete the entire order and replace it, or is there some way to edit
the existing order? This will also involve a credit bc bagels are cheaper
than sandwiches.

: Hi Terry,

You can't edit the order because it has already been paid for. Doing so would disrupt the financials. However, we recently added the QUANTITY DELIVERED which is what appears on the lunch reports. I have changed that to 0 for the subs so he won't receive those. But she is still going to have to order bagels if she wants to replace those days.

If you want to give her a credit it would be 6 subs at $3.75 for a total os $22.50
